Is this still in experimental stages? My family is desperately seeking a safe treatment for our 9-week pregnant daughter who has been diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma breast cancer. The tumor is triple-negative and aggressive. It seems every alternative we've looked at is not proven safe for babies in-utero. Her oncologist wants to do chemo in 2nd & 3rd trimesters, but my daughter and her husband really want to avoid that if at all possible. I'm leaning heavily on God for healing.
Neo7Bioscience is now developing N-of-1 designs through our participating physicians. Neo7 has designed for many active patient breast cancers including triple-negative resistant metastasis. Personalized peptides have an excellent safety profile. However, as you mentioned caution is always necessary when administering any medication, even personalized, while pregnant.
I wanted to connect with Neo7 Bioscience via attached form, yet it does not allow me to fill in a phone number while not accepting the form without that info. In other words, there is a bug in the software that does not allow one to fill in the form with the phone number data from Poland. I meant to ask about options for radiatin induced angiosarcoma patients.
Neo7Bioscience has successfully developed advanced therapeutic strategies for angiosarcoma. Utilizing our proprietary molecular surveillance technology, we precisely identify resistant targets within angiosarcoma-specific signaling pathways, integrating these insights with the patient’s unique molecular expression profile. This approach enables us to design highly personalized targeted peptides that overcome resistance and enhance treatment efficacy. Our beautiful 4yo grandson has just been diagnosed with metastatic, "high risk" neuroblastoma. His and our family's lives are forever changed. Have you anything to offer?
Good morning, Neo7Bioscience has successfully developed designs for neuroblastoma. Please reach out to us at www.neo7bioscience.com/contactus , and a team representative will connect with you. We look forward to assisting with care solutions for your 4-year-old grandson.
Excellent article! I shared it with friends and family! I still think nutrition, exercise, nutraceuticals and homeopathic means are the best way to prevent and treat cancer but I can definitely see this playing a role!
No. No. No. This is a boondoggle More genetic engineering. More snake oil sales. Stop pushing a computer AI/human interface. Designer gene editing will not cure cancers. There are already well established natural healing methods for cancer.
Treating cancer at source would therefore involve depriving cancer cells of these two fermentable substrates, which are indispensable sources of energy for cancer cells, without which cancer cells cannot divide, inducing apoptosis. How can the two fermentable substrates be reduced? For glucose, calorie reduction and intermittent fasting to induce ketone metabolism works very well. Ketones are not a good source of energy for cancer cells, while being excellent for normal cells.
But we also need to reduce glutamine, which is always available even in ketone metabolism, since glutamine can come from several food sources, including glucose, or from protein degradation during autophagy. It is the most abundant amino acid in blood. It is an essential amino acid for health, including the proper functioning of the immune system. There is no diet that will reduce glutamine abundance. How do you deprive cancer cells of glutamine? A complete water fast, coupled with exercise, can lower glutamine levels to a threshold that will begin to preferentially starve cancer cells. But this has to be done with precision, by pulsing treatments and adjusting them to the patient. Glutamine inhibitors can also be used, the most effective being 60 oxynoreleucine (DON, off patent), but their use must be carefully calibrated to avoid depriving normal cells of their essential dose of glutamine; i.e. adjusting the therapeutic window to avoid toxicity. Used correctly, this drug should be part of cancer treatment.
It is also necessary to manage the physical (radiotherapy, chemotherapy) and emotional (fear of dying of cancer) stresses that cause glucose levels to rise through neoglucogenesis. It's a personalized medicine treatment that needs to be deployed with great artistry. AI can clearly assist in this endeavor, provided that it’s deployed within the correct paradigm.

How about an Ivermectin-based protocol?
Prayers for your daughter. You might want to reach out to Dr. William Makis https://www.facebook.com/share/p/18gicWCFy2/?mibextid=wwXIfr

While you are waiting for information on neo7....there is a homoeopath in India who treats cancer drfarokhmaster.com
may or may not be helpful, worth reaching out though.

So you’re selling bridges
Is this treatment covered by insurance?
The emphasis on cancer treatments based on the outdated paradigm of somatic mutation theory, which leads to different cancer phenotypes, is misguided. The emerging paradigm of the metabolic theory of cancer, which argues that like most chronic diseases, cancer is a dysfunction of mitochondrial energy metabolism, should lead us to revise strategies, including personalized medicine strategies, by focusing our precision medicine therapeutic approaches on the right targets. See Dr. Kory's excellent article (HTTPS://PIERREKORYMEDICALMUSINGS.COM/P/THE-EVOLUTION-AND-VALIDATION-OF-THE?UTM_SOURCE=POST-EMAIL-TITLE&PUBLICATION_ID=645524&POST_ID=147111987&UTM_CAMPAIGN=EMAIL-POST-TITLE&ISFREEMAIL=FALSE&R=12CLAQ&TRIEDREDIRECT=TRUE&UTM_MEDIUM=EMAIL)

Just as one size fits all clothing, one size fits all chemo would be ill-fitting and just plain wrong for many.
